On April 13th, the Shanghai session of the "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" initiative kicked off at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Led by Shenzhen, Guangdong brought a top-tier delegation of 751 organizations, including Huawei, Tencent, and BYD, offering a total of 35,000 positions. Among them, more than 4,000 positions offered annual salaries between 500,000 and 1 million yuan, and over 800 jobs exceeded 1 million yuan.

According to data, Shenzhen has ranked first for two consecutive years in the "China Cities' Talent Attraction Index for Post-95 Cities." At the job fair, leading enterprises actively reached out to young talent. Huawei, Tencent, and BYD joined hands with enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies. Shenzhen-based robotics firms, Fortune Global 500 state-owned enterprises, primary and secondary schools, and medical institutions actively participated in. Companies such as Tencent also offered nearly 10,000 internship opportunities.

Job seekers at the venue showed great enthusiasm. A student from East China University of Science and Technology expressed admiration for Guangdong's openness and inclusiveness. A recruitment director from BYD noted an urgent need for interdisciplinary talent. Five employers signed contracts with 11 postdoctoral candidates in the postdoctoral recruitment zone. The mayor presented "talent gift packages." Students such as Ge Lijia from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Wu Yutong from Fudan University said they were drawn to Shenzhen's vitality and spirit of innovation.

Many underclassmen also came to explore future opportunities. For example, Fan from Shanghai Normal University attended the event to plan the career path. The fair provided comprehensive services such as career counseling, résumé review, personal styling, and briefings on benefits in the Greater Bay Area, creating a "nanny-style" job-seeking environment. Zhang Shensen from East China University of Science and Technology showed his heavily annotated résumé and expressed how rewarding the experience was. Hou Dinghao from Soochow University praised the quality and talent-friendliness of Shenzhen employers, noting the convenience of face-to-face communication at the offline job fair.

In addition, enterprises such as the National Supercomputing Center in Shenzhen (Shenzhen Cloud Computing Center) and Tencent Music Entertainment Group offered over 1,000 quality jobs via a livestreamed public hiring campaign powered by Douyin, leveraging the platform's massive user base to reach job seekers in Shanghai and across China. A service area for overseas returnees was set up on-site, along with three online interview rooms to facilitate efficient communication between employers and overseas candidates.

“百万英才汇南粤”春季招聘上海站启动 广东携3万+优质岗位来沪

4月13日，“百万英才汇南粤”2025年N城联动春季招聘活动（上海站）正式启动。在国家会展中心（上海），广东省以深圳为主力，携华为、腾讯、比亚迪等751家单位来沪，组成“顶配引才团”，岗位总数3.5万个，其中年薪50万—100万元的岗位超4000个，100万元以上的岗位超800个。

数据显示，深圳连续两年位居《中国城市95后人才吸引力排名》榜首。招聘会上，名企纷纷向年轻学子抛出橄榄枝。华为、腾讯、比亚迪携手专精特新企业，深圳机器人企业、国资界世界500强及国企、中小学和医疗机构也积极参与，腾讯等还提供近万实习岗位。

现场求职者热情高涨。来自华东理工大学的吴同学向往广东的开放包容，比亚迪招聘总监表示急需交叉型人才。活动现场博士博士后专区5家单位签约11名博士后，市长送上“人才大礼包”。上海交大葛立家、复旦吴宇桐等表示被深圳活力和创新氛围吸引。

不少低年级学生也来了解情况，如上海师大范同学为未来规划而来。招聘现场提供就业指导、简历诊断、妆造指导，解读大湾区福利，打造“保姆级”求职生态。华东理工张申森展示满是批注的简历，感慨收获大。苏州大学侯丁浩称赞深圳企业优质且爱才，线下招聘会沟通便捷。

此外，国家超级计算深圳中心（深圳云计算中心）、腾讯音乐娱乐科技（深圳）有限公司等企业，携带1000多个优质岗位通过“dou来云招聘”直播带岗，依托抖音亿级流量优势，精准触达上海及全国求职群体。现场还设立留学人员服务区，并规划了3个线上面试间，为招聘企业与远在海外的留学人才搭建便捷高效的沟通渠道。
